The fit seems off. The first ring was very large and the replacement is too small for finger I had intended to wear it on. Customer service has been very helpful with the exchange.

Previous Herz P1 Smart Ring only kept military time even though set for normal time. Kept pretty good sleep pattern. I'm sure I will get good info from this ring.

I would like the units of measurement in American format, or have the option to switch. Feet, inches, Fahrenheit, lbs. other than that so far so good.

Just got it and it was a fast delivery and so Easy to set Up.

I do like the product but was not impressed with lack of initial customer support requests concerning shipping issue. I did finally receive a response after I requested refund and have decided to keep the product. I do like the ring and am happy with it's performance. My only reservation was my initial support interactions but that has gotten better.

Ring appears to initially be an excellent product. While customer service was pleasant to work with communication and updates on delays was not timely. Communication with customers is one area the company should seek to improve.

It’s my first day wearing the P1. It was easy to setup. The data seems useful. Appearance is masculine and a bit bulky looking. It took a week to receive it but the weather prolly slowed down shipping.

I haven’t been able to use it yet since it is charging, but it’s super easy to set up and the app is nice and minimal. The fit is comfortable and I’m looking forward to track my health without a screen to distract me.

Just got the ring today. It does fit well.

I just set the ring up so I don’t have much to say so far. I will say it recommended I order a size 10 according to the measurement. My husband ordered me an 8 and it comfortable fits my middle finger.

There is not a lot of support info with the ring. Also, the QRing app has info that contradicts the Herz P1 product info displayed at the purchase.

Im still playing with it, trying to figure out a way to link my samsung health app to the ring, if there is a way that qoukd be awesome. Looks great and comfortable so far.
