Ring seems well made

I have not tried it yet, I just received it and wanted to setup the ring but had to fill this survey out before I could do anything

The set up is easy. The app gives the option to change measurement methods (ie- pounds/kg). You can also choose what you want turned on (heart rate, sleeping, pulse ox). My only problem is the sizing. 6 of my fingers are a size 6 and I verified them using the size chart before ordering, but the ring barely fits one of my fingers. My hand has to be cold to get it on and off. I recommend sizing up as a result of my experience.

So far so good my rings are charging. Good to actually have them in hand now.

I have had this ring for about 9 months. I did notice the battery going down much faster than the noted 6 days, usually only a couple. I asked Herz and was told to charge differently, etc. I did all the suggestions they had. I continued to use the ring but noted it did not capture exercise like it did when new. Again, contacted and they ended up sending me a brand new ring. While the ring was not quite as I expected, the customer service was great. I am currently charging my new ring and will let you know :)

Comfortable and easy to set up. Too bad I have take it off every time I wash my hands. But otherwise, I like it so far. Only had it for a week.

The finger I measured the ring didn’t fit but it fit on a different finger. Set up was easy, and we will see how I like it over this coming month!
