Also shows your heart rate and blood oxygen sats during the night. As a fitness tracker that shows how many steps you’ve taken throughout the course of the day or the week or month or whatever you wanna look at. Also shows your body temperature. This ring is really technologically advanced. The ring itself fits comfortably, and looks nice. Shipping is fast, and everything about this company so far is impressive.
