I am by no means a techy ,just an old broad who was curious and I own a cell phone. I love this ring! It's so much fun watching my numbers, I can't imagine the more expensive ones doing any better. Customer service was great through e-mail, Jess and Paula were the best. The first one was to big and the exchange was easy except I didn't think I should have had to pay for the postage. So far, I would recommend this reasonably priced ring, Love the rose gold! Just be careful with sizing(I did tell them that) Try it, you'll like it!

I am very satisfied with my smart ring. I ordered online from the HertzP1 site. Received the ring in about one week. Setup was fairly easy and I'm not tech savvy. The free app is informative and on point. It takes a few moments for data to upload but not a negative for me. The ring is shiny, beautiful and comfortable. Charge seems to last for 5-6 days. I've had my ring for 5 days. Very happy Hertz P1 smart ring customer. Thank you for making an affordable smart ring item.

Comfy fit and great design

I’m very happy! The ring fits well and it was easy to set up the app and link it. Monitoring my sleep has been particularly helpful. I love looking at my finger with the Herz ring on it.

I have had the ring for one day and I am really enjoying it. My only complaint is the time it took to receive the ring. I was expecting a week and it was closer to 3 weeks.

I love the portable charger, the ring showed up exactly as advertised, the app set up was very simple. You charge the ring, put it on. And thats it. Super easy set up, and its straight forward, ring feels comfortable and well made. 5 stars for sure!
