Just got it but it looks well bit and I bought the external charger to make it easier to charge which it does since it did3nt come charged.

The ring fits as sized, and it's a great value. It arrived later then promised, but was refunded the expedited fee.. customer service was very friendly and polite and always responded. Overall I am pleased. My only issue is the APP doesn't run in the background, so if I didn't log in to check my stats, it doesn't save/show them. Only on the day I opened the app. I certainly can't check my app everyday..

Just got it but I like the feel and fit of it. Anxious to see the results.

Easy setup and stylish

Sizes don't seem to be true, 11 to big 10 to small. I used a ring sizer to measure before I ordered.

Haven't had a chance to use it yet but the size was off so had to exchange

So far I like the ring but haven’t had a chance to use it yet. However, I needed an exchange of sizes and I sent the rings I ordered back. They received the original rings but didn’t send out the new ones until I called 2 weeks later to request them. They sent them out right away but I don’t think I should have needed to call and ask them to send it out.

Great design

Set up was easy. Happy with quality and design. Shipping was fast. I don’t like that I can’t enter data in pounds and feet/inches.

The shipping was normal, but having trouble with syncing. The ring is nice and comfortable for my size.

Still getting used to using the ring.

Easy to set up in the app, the fit was perfect. It provides so much data! The automatic activity tracking needs a little fine tuning, but overall have been enjoying it!

Maybe even 4.7! Fast shipping, ease of set up, fast charging was just that! It delivers everything that i wanted. The only thing- for some reason the website was having issues so i called thinking i would be able to just order over the phone and I think it was a robot I ended up talking with for a very quick minute. I went back online and was able to purchase that way but also the bot gave me a code that I was unable to use.

Comfortable fit, not super bulky design

The first ring took almost 3 weeks to get here. The sizing guide on the website is way off so I had to request an exchange. The replacement process was smooth and I had the replacement within a week of them receiving the one that was to big back in their warehouse.

A little bigger than I thought. Customer support is good.

The steps to set up warranty seem a little too much
