Just received my Smart ring! Shipping did take a little longer than I expected but I got frequent updates. The color Rose Gold is very nice and goes with everything. I’m looking forward to seeing how well it works

Pro: Fast shipping, comfortable fit, easy setup, great value. Con: Determining ring size, 1st order, following Herz instructions, ring too large, returned; 2nd order, following my sizing technique, received correct size. If I had known I would have bought a Herz Smart Ring Sizing Kit first to determine the correct ring size. I’ve had my ring since 4.22.2026, 90 days to do a test run. I’m still learning how to use and make use of information gathered by the application.

Out of stock so it was about a month before I received it. Cannot track order, must download a specific tracking app on trial basis to track it. Called customer service several times and they were always helpful.

It's a comfortable fit, with an easy setup. The app looks great and is easy to navigate. When I ordered they were out of stock of the ring I chose. I chose to wait until it came back in stock and once they received stock and shipped it out, my ring came within a week!

The HERZ P1 ring is pretty good and it was very easy to set up. My order was fulfilled quickly and accurately. However, the online sizing guide is not as accurate as I would like, making the ring extremely tight on my finger. I do prefer the HERZ P1 ring for sleep and exercise/fitness/ heart health tracking to a much more expensive Garmin fitness watch that I own and wear, and the report graphics and detail on the HERZ P1 ring are much more detailed. Overall, I am pleased with the ring so far, with the exception of the tight fit (I did get the largest available size; I guess my fingers are pretty fat, although I certainly am not fat).

Tried a size 7 on my ring finger, like the information I get on the application. Just bought a size 10 for my index finger to hopefully get a more comfortable fit. On my ring finger, with fingers on both sides, the ring band feels too thick and is not comfortable.

I honestly just received my ring in the mail today and it’s not even set up yet. I was directed to do this first.

Seems good so far had it 3 days.battery ran out after 48 hrs. Need to plan charging times better.

Customer service was great, but there was no sizing kit available when I purchased, and it took a couple tries to get my size right.

Have only worn it for 14 hours but steps seem a little behind what I’m tracking on my Fitbit. Hoping it adjusts as it learns me Fit is good. Charging is easy. Looking forward to see how often charging is needed

Just received today 5/16/26. Completely charged and app installed around 8pm est. Happy with the fit, thank goodness I sized up. Kind of bulky for those who are curious. I’ve had it on about 20 mins so only time will tell. Hopefully I can remember to post updates after 30 days

So far i like it i wish it had more gesture controls and more productivity seamless functions but its a good start.

The sizing was a little bigger than expected despite using the measure guide but that could be my fault. It is also a little busier than expected but seems to do what is expected

I needed an exchange. Sent ring back with tracking number. After it was delivered and they had received it for two weeks, never heard back from the company. I had to contact them to begin the exchange process.
