My ring is pretty new so far it has been a good experience. I haven't had enough time to review all of the rings benefits.

Measurement is a little off and ring is a little looser than expected. Was expecting ring to come charged to set up and pair right away. Otherwise set up seems fairly straightforward. Just not finished until ring charges. Not sure yet!

So far so good, reasonably fast shipping, sizing may be a little large if using the guideline provided. I am excited tp try to connect it and go.

The ring does not register blood pressure ,body temperature and oxygen saturation. It does measure my heart rate but pretty much does not change and it’s on the normal side but low usually 65 to 67. i’m not sure if I need to do anything to set it up.

Easy setup. Just getting used to it.
