Great customer service. Had to resize a couple times to get the right fit. Battery doesn't hold up for very long if you use all the functions, but for the price, it’s worth it. It’s a great starter ring if you are looming for a low investment way to start becoming more aware of your body.

Pleased with this product 2 weeks in. Easy set up, creates great awareness. Helping me improve activity and personal habits to be healthier. App is easy to use, engaging design, and I like that it does not require a subscription. Great product so far!

I love the ring! I ordered 2 because the first ring was a bit big but the second ring was to small. It would be nice if they came in half sizes. Other then that...great purchase!!

Just received . I guess I need to review this after I wear it. I was under the assumption that this could be worn swimming. But I'll check with your customer service before doing that. I purchased the ring on Dec1st. Charged for it on the 2nd. Yet didn't receive it until the 17th. The tracking Site said it wasn't received until the 15th. I was worried that this was a scam because on the 6th I received an email saying my order was fulfilled! I will send another review when I wear it.

I ordered directly through you as Amazon did not have my ring size. When I ordered I used Apple Pay, however while it debited my account immediately I did not receive any email or notice that the order went through. After a few days and no email or notice or order # I called your customer service and then provided all my information and Paula (the response said) I later got an email that said the ring was on the way. Still no orders #. I then inquired again and today got the ring. I am happy, have changed it, but have yet to set it up with my phone and the app. That’s next. I hope it’s easy to set up and am expecting it to be

Sizing is off. I just got the ring and had to charge it first. The sizing is small,but the design and concept is great. I'm still attempting to install it

So far so good nervous as it seems a little cheaper made than I was expecting
