I purchased one for my wife and daughter at the same time and they both needed a size larger. The exchange process was smooth. I did need to pay for the return shipping, but they processed the exchange once I provided them the tracking number of the two rings I sent back. Customer service has been excellent and I have already recommended the Herz P1 Smart Ring to friends and coworkers.
