Easy to set up, sized correctly on delivery per my instructions. Shipping was a bit slow due to weather complications, understandable.

I needed to do an exchange due to size and they made it very easy, which i appreciate.

Comfortable fit, just got it in so I will see how well it tracks. Much more affordable then other smart rings

This one’s a gift from my sister and the customer service department was very helpful. She sent one ring to me that never made it to here in my house in Texas and they helped her order another one and it just arrived today.

The ring is great but customer service is a bit lacking when trying to exchange it for a different sized
