I wanted to get a ring as I didn’t like wearing a smart watch. So did some research and came across the Herz p1 smart ring. I love it! I’m not sure how accurate it is but it gives me a decent idea of my activity and sleep. It was easy to set up and fits nicely. I originally ordered one that was too big and they happily replaced it for the correct size without any hassle. The customer service is very satisfactory and helpful. I definitely recommend.

Accurate sizing. Feels comfortable so far. Shipped quickly and I was able to correct the shipping address immediately with the help of customer service.

I purchased a size 10 ring for my left middle finger. It fits comfortably. Also, charging and setting up the app and Bluetooth were easy. It's easy to read and set goals in the app... accurate tracking. This is a great product for an inexpensive/great price! I would absolutely buy again!

I really like the fit of the ring. I wear it on my little finger. Shipping was quick and set up is easy. I am impressed with the quick response to enquiries, even on a Sunday. The first ring, my other half bought was far too big. Asking for an exchange, I was told I could keep the bigger ring and was sent a 2 sizes smaller replacement right away. Although sizing is accurate, my other half finds it too bulky on his ring finger. I asked for a refund but I was innitially offered a 20% refund and vouchers to spend on, frankly, useless crap but I asked again and they told me to send it to the USA. After deliberation I decided to get the 20% refund for both rings,the one that was too big and the one that fitted, which arrived instantly. Please buy directly from Herz, as they are a genuine company. The rings are good quality and the customer service is great.
