It's Easy to setup the app and connect the ring, there's a lot of insight for all the stats they give. Only about 3days to receive and the size is perfect.

Very comfortable and easy to set up. It arrived faster than expected. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because I just received it so haven’t had time to see how it goes long term.

Great customer service

Well it just arrived but it was easy to download the app and set it up. I followed the measurement instructions for my left index finger but unfortunately it is too big so I’ll have to wear it on my right hand which is my dominant hand. It says it is best to wear it on the non dominant hand. Haven’t decided if I should return it for a different size because of the hassle and because I was so excited to start using it.

Nice ring, wish they had inbetween sizes

Easy setup. I like the compatibility with my device without needing to have a subscription. It’s comfortable fit on my ring finger, but needed to size up for my index finger. Shipping was delayed from the anticipated delivery date, but received it eventually. I’m enjoying it so far and great pricing for what data this product provides!

I had to return my original purchase and get a size bigger but all in all customer service was great and I got my ring on time.

Just received this today. New to smart rings. So far it’s been easy to start.

Easy to set up and link with the Health Connect App. The instructions could be a little more clear on how to use the app, and it would be nice if during the app setup it asked you what measuring system you wanted to use (imperial or metric) instead of defaulting to metric.

Sizing slightly off, imo

Shipping was fairly quick, about 2 weeks. The ring size I chose fit well and is comfortable. There wasn’t much to do for set up. This is the first day, so, so far, so good!

I bought this for my parents. The sizing was unclear so I got a 12 and a 10 the 10 ended up fitting my dad but not my mom so I had to return it. Over all it shipped pretty quickly and my parents love the features.

The ring is a Tight fit

Comfortable fit. Packages were crushed during delivery. Need to exchange other ring in order for bigger size.
