Easy setup,stylish design & great value.

Stylish design that comes at a great price. Just received so not sure how it work until I wear for a couple of nights.

So far so good. A bit wide and clumpy but fits ok. I’ve been wearing it for 3 days now and not had to charge It yet. Easy to pair with iPhone and app very straightforward . Comfortable to wear

I normally wear a size 13 on my ring finger. The size 13 I ordered fits too loosely. I would need a size 12 for my ring finger or a size 14 for my index finger.

Didn’t know I was supposed to wear it on my index finger so I measured my ring finger and the ring doesn’t fit my index finger Not sure how accurate will be on my ring finger

This is my 2nd Herz P1 ring after the first ring stopped working or charging. Generally however I think the ring works well although I did have some issues with the data collection for the sleep mode. I’m hoping this 2nd ring works without issue and doesn’t stop working after 5 months.

It was a good experience. Easy to understand and feel like the ring would do what I wanted it to do.

I LOVE that it literally took like 2 seconds to set up. I had previously purchased one off of amazon and could never get the thing to connect to its own app. The only thing that has me worried is that it started with 90% battery life and in just a few hours it was down to 40%. Now I just got it and I did not fully charge it before wearing it so we will see

I appreciate how lightweight and comfortable the Herz P1 ring is! The app is user friendly and it gives me the data I’m looking for. I wish there was a way to adjust the sleep times manually, or add a nap if it didn’t detect sleep happening. I hope one day it is also able to connect to the fertility tracking app I have so that I can utilize the temperature taking like Oura rings. Overall, a great experience for a simple ring with no subscription fee!

I ordered the wrong size and after reaching out to customer support, I was given instructions to exchange for the correct size. After sending the ring back, I did not receive any communication for a few months. However, when I emailed to inquire about the status of my exchange, the response time was quick and the new ring was expedited to my home. Set up was quick and fairly easy.

Was super easy to set up. Wish I got a bigger size because it’s just a little snug. Super cute and works well so far after a day of having it.

Having trouble with the set up

I installed the wrong app. I had to follow YouTube example to find that app (qring) and only then did it work properly. Lots of monitoring options but, to save battery, you need to turn on as few as possible. I’m only interested in sleep and walking pace count. Ring comfortable but wide, so you need to order one or two sizes larger than usual., Pleased so far.

I love all the features and the tracking. But I have to recharge mine every 2 to 3 days instead of the six days as advertised.

Other than the sleep data not syncing the first night, the ring was quick to arrive, east to setup, and comfortable to wear.

Great ring, easy set up, accurate. Just wish the shipping would have been a little quicker. I believe it took 3+ weeks. But the value can’t be beat, so worth the wait.
