I’m not sure how accurate it is but it gives me a decent idea of my activity and sleep. It was easy to set up and fits nicely. I originally ordered one that was too big and they happily replaced it for the correct size without any hassle. The customer service is very satisfactory and helpful. I definitely recommend.
