The readings of the different areas are awesome. I've only had it for a 1.5 months and have found discrepancies in muscle mass on left & right sides, I've been correcting it and feeling better. Thank you. It also brings me piece of mind; my metabolic age is almost a decade less than my actual age. For it just confirms that I am doing things right even if I have a bad day. 😃

It's easy to use and set up. It's a really sleek device as well. The only "bad" aspect was that it took me a couple times to get my phone and the scans connected via Bluetooth.

I am still learning. It would be ideal to give us a Target goal based on our weight and age so that way we know what we need to aim for.

I received the scale within a few days. The app was easy to use and the scale was easy to set up. I didn’t have any problems at all. I’m looking forward to all the measurements I will be able to track.

This is the best scale I have ever owned. My other scales you would have to weigh several times I usually would take the middle number and track it. I don’t care how many times I step on the scale. The weight is always the same within that five minute period of getting off and on, and I love the other things on it for measurements for your rest of your body health took me a minute to figure out how to use it, but I’m 65 years old and not real high-tech savvy I would recommend this scale to anybody. Most accurate scale I’ve ever owned.

Just received the scale and noted when I opened the package that I had received 2 scales. I mistakenly had ordered 2 scales. Called customer support and they were very helpful and the extra scale is on the way back. I was impressed with the service and had a real person helping me.

The Smart Scale was easy to set up out of the box and to connect to the app. In just a few minutes of other arriving I had more data about my health than I've ever had before. To get info on other just on your weight and BMI, but muscle mass and fat % is extremely helpful. Very happy with the purchase.

Just did my first way in and I love how user-friendly the app is. Love that I could add my husband and my mother-in-law who live with me so that we can get healthier together.

Liked the simplicity of set-up and it was affordable. Read about the amount of data the scale provided, but still surprised at how much data and how well it is displayed. Also, really like how you can print out a report with all of the data and send it from the app to your computer.

I just set up the scale and health app but have only used it during the set up. A few more days will give me a better feel for how well I like it.

The scale itself is great. If that's the only HERZ P1 product you're planning on using, go for it. I bought the ring just after Christmas and just recently I wanted to add the scale for more biometric data, so I bought it. They use two separate apps, sure I can connect to Apple health but I don't wear my watch 100% of the time. I don't understand the two separate apps that don't integrate. If HERZ gets both the ring and the scale and all their products really, in one app this rating would go to 5.

Initial pairing ok. Second use lost pairing and could not pair. Third use was paired. Will see what happens moving further.

Not sure yet, just setting it up for use. At first glance I like the appearance of the scale.

Works well but took several attempts to get it connected to phone and wrist band properly.

It opened my eyes to my body composition . It will help me keep up with where I am on my health.

I really like the information provided

So far I am very pleased. The app appears to be user friendly except for logging meals. The log is extremely difficult to use and doesn’t allow for multiple food additions for each meal. Please fix! The Bluetooth connection was successful. Looking forward to managing my health with my new smart scale. Hoping the meal log becomes more useful with an app update

Not sure why I bought a recharging cable from you when the scale isn’t rechargable. So far seems to work.

Four star for now as I just started using it. It is easy to use and does provide a lot of information, but I don’t know how accurate it is without using it for a longer period of time. Worth trying for the price compared to other scales.

Great design, easy-to-use but I do wish it the app gave you more information about each metric. Ideally more graphs that are easy to understand. Meal tracking is confusing and not accurate or maybe I’m not understanding correctly. Logging a rice cake with avocado was complicated to do. Then it told me I had 500 kcal which was like half of my calories per day?! I don’t know. I’m confused.

Weight seems accurate. Not sure ideal weight is accurate.
